Functie
As a Warehouse Operative (Forklift / Reach Truck) with our client, you hold a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate and know exactly how to operate the equipment safely and efficiently. Do you currently hold only one of the two certificates but have experience operating both types of trucks? No problem! You’ll be willing to obtain the additional certificate to further develop your skills. You’ll spend around 95% of your working time operating a forklift or reach truck, making this an ideal opportunity for anyone who enjoys hands-on work and being behind the wheel.
You work quickly and accurately, ensuring that all orders are picked correctly and pallets are ready for outbound shipments. As a true team player, you’ll work alongside around 100 enthusiastic colleagues from diverse international backgrounds to ensure our client delivers the best possible service to its customers. Key Responsibilities
- Picking orders accurately and efficiently;
- Preparing pallets for shipment;
- Identifying stock discrepancies and damaged goods;
- Reporting any issues to the team leader and/or supervisor.

What We’re Looking For
As an experienced Warehouse Operative (Forklift / Reach Truck Driver), you’ll need to meet the following requirements:
- Valid certification: You hold a valid forklift and/or reach truck certificate. If you only have one of the two, you must have experience operating both types of trucks and be willing to obtain the additional certificate.
- Enjoy being behind the wheel: You’re happy to spend most of your working day operating a forklift or reach truck.
- Flexible and reliable: You’re available to work a two-shift rotation:
Early shift: 07:00–16:00 Late shift: 16:00–01:00
- Relevant experience: You have previous experience working as both a forklift and reach truck driver.
- Good English skills: You can communicate confidently in English with your international colleagues.
- Reliable transport: You can get to the work location by car.
